UGenome ProPEx ™ Pipeline for Variant Interpretation
Abstract. Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) has revolutionized genomics by enabling comprehensive analysis of an individual’s genetic blueprint[1]. UGenome’s ProPEx ™pipeline, developed to automate and standardize WGS-based pharmacogenetics(PGx) analysis, identified and validated genetic variants in 14 pharmacogenes across 50 samples from the 1000 Genomes Project. UGenome’s ProPEx ™ demonstrated a 97.7% concordance, 98.3% sensitivity, and 97.3% specificity. This white paper presents UGenome’s ProPEx ™ as a robust, scalable, and clinically ready solution for integrating comprehensive PGx testing into precision medicine.
